Self-image is the image you think of from your brain. Emotions and images that emerge when you think about yourself are really important. A healthy body image means self-recognition and self-esteem, both in color and in detail. Physical images also relate to the feelings you feel about your strengths, weaknesses, and abilities.
Since sex is physically and emotionally related, physical thinking has a major impact on sexual health. Likewise, our emotions in relation to our physical body can influence the self-esteem of being a person. A person's physical image changes with age, as our physical body changes over time.
At maturity, the hormone can make rapid changes in the body, which can be exciting and frightening. It is important that we accept and remind ourselves that we have a unique look. This is a special point and it is a reminder if we still have negative thoughts about your body. Each person has the different shape, size and height. No one has a "standard" body. Your body is not like or should not be like anyone else. Commitment and self-esteem are an important part of your sexual health (a generally healthy life).
